About us

The Select Partnership has specialised in helping customers who have experienced past financial difficulties to obtain a mortgage or second charge mortgage loan for over 30 years.

Our Managing Director, Shaun Vickery, is an expert and regular contributor to the award winning IVA forum www.iva.co.uk and was Highly Commended as a Business Leader at the British Mortgage Awards.

We have a wealth of experience and special arrangements with a number of well known mortgage lenders to enable us to arrange mortgages for people who do not meet the rigid criteria of many high street lenders. We also help customers with a more straight forward credit history to obtain the most competitive products available from a large panel of lenders. Either way the advice we provide to you will ensure that you end up with an appropriate and competitive product to suit your individual circumstances.

We take care to maintain high standards and if we are aware of client concerns or unease we give priority to resolving the matter as quickly as possible. We therefore have a clear process which ensures that complaints, however rare, are handled fairly and within reasonable timescales. In the event of a complaint, if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction or within our stated timescale, then you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within 6 months of the date of our final response letter. Otherwise you may lose the right to this referral right. A copy of the Financial Ombudsman Service leaflet will be sent to you and you may request further copies as necessary.
